  We aim to respond to all enquiries within one business day. For time-sensitive projects, mention it in your message and we’ll prioritise accordingly.

• Do I need a detailed brief to get in touch?
  No — a short description of what you’re trying to build or solve is enough to start the conversation. We’ll ask the right questions from there. If you have a brief, great; if not, don’t let that stop you reaching out.

• Do you offer a free initial consultation?
  Yes. We offer a no-obligation discovery call to understand your situation and tell you honestly whether and how we can help. No sales pitch — just a conversation.

• Are you open to smaller or one-off projects?
  It depends on the project. We’re selective about what we take on, but we do work with smaller operators and early-stage founders. The best way to find out is to get in touch — we’ll tell you straight.
